Shipping Information

We ship all orders from our Brisbane studio using Australia Post.

Every piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $10 flat rate
• Free Shipping – on all orders over $120 AUD
• Express Post (1–2 business days) – $18 flat rate

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

All orders are hand packed with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons or new collection launches, please allow an extra day or two for dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Local pick up

If you’re in Brisbane and would prefer to collect your order, please contact us before checkout — we’re happy to arrange a local pick-up time.
