Refund & Return Policy — Zenglow™ Australia

Thank you for supporting Zenglow™, where every item is handmade with care in our Brisbane studio.


We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery (excludes custom/personalised items and sale items).

Eligibility for Returns

Your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Provide your order number and photos if applicable.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

For approved returns:

  • You will receive instructions or a prepaid return label for faulty/damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos
  2. Email us within 24 hours
  3. We will replace or refund the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank to process it.
